Intelius’ New People Search Service Launches at DEMO

Posted on Wednesday 6 May 2009

At a DEMO exhibit in September 2008, Intelius formally introduced iSearch.com, the company’s latest incarnation of its people search services.

Ordinarily, Intelius offers a pay-per-use search engine of persons. This time around, iSearch.com applies proprietary semantic technology to find the whereabouts of a particular individual.

Users of iSearch.com simply key in an individual’s name and a place in the US and the automated service will then output search results that are fusions of current and dated contact information about a person. Powered by Intelius’ massive information gathering network that contains records as far back as 30 years ago, the service is very dependable.

Like other Intellius services, iSearch.com accesses databases of public records. These are veritable treasure troves of data like people’s telephone and cell phone numbers, addresses, and so forth.

With the added access to online social networks and professional databases, Intellius can readily complement search results of persons with details about his or her employment history, education, classmates, organizations, aliases, hobbies, friendships, domain registrations, and many more.

DEMO is a semi-annual conference showcasing the newest and most sophisticated technologies and products. Exhibiting iSearch.com at DEMO put Intellius on a level with such groups as US Robotics, E*Trade, Palm, and Handspring.

Headed by CEO Naveen Jain, Intelius also offers comprehensive solutions for tenancy and employment screening to companies. Moreover, Intelius trades award-winning tools and services indicated against identity theft. It also has award-worthy caller ID products for cell phones and telephones.

An Inc. 500 company and a Deloitte & Touche Technology Fast 500 company, Intelius is the winner of the 2006 Best New Company Stevie Award. This is the equivalent of an Oscar according to the New York Post.

Under Naveen Jain and his wife Anu, Intelius has become one of the 15 biggest corporate philanthropists in the Puget Sound area. With causes in children, education, and health care, the company has donated profusely to numerous institutions like the University of Washington, Child Rights and You, Hopelink, Overlake Service League, and the Seattle Children’s Hospital.
