There are times in own lives were we want to make decisions and some where we have to make decisions. As grown ups these decisions mostly pertain to business, our jobs, our bodies and of course our families. As situations arise and decisions have to be based on something there is always ones strategy that never ever fails, attempt to take all the emotion out of it whatever you may be facing and really sit down with a paper and a pencil or pen in hand and maybe even a calculator. Basic mathematical skills are required or a calculator can come in handy. Once you are sitting down there is one thing that you need to breath a lot of, calmness and focus. Once you feel like you have your head on straight sit down and pull out as many numbers possible and really analyze of the performance of the business or whatever the problem might be once all the numbers are either graphed out or in organized table. Doing this allows you to see that when things may not really seem like they are working out by figuring out the real numbers it may turn out that is simply better than you expected it to be and simply do some minor adjustments to get to where you want to get. Always look at things with a positive out look it will make you think clearer and maintain your health in a good state.
